WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility. This job is REMOTE. FTE: 1.000000 Shift:

Shift 1 Job Summary: Consistently demonstrates behaviors aligned to the

Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Values and customer service

standards. Supervises Engagement Center staff within day-to-day

operations. Monitors workflows and phone calls, ensures proper staff

coverage, delegates work, provides written protocols and expectations

for daily tasks. Responsible for completing human resource functions

including, but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, onboarding,

disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Manages individual and team performance to achieve consistent delivery

of exceptional experiences, setting the stage for patient preference and

loyalty to Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. Communicates

regularly with clinic leaders of locations served by the call center to

ensure excellent service is being provided. Keeps unit manager informed

at all times. Helps with special projects and assists the team with call

handling and scheduling when needed. Serve as an escalation point for

escalated situations. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Minimum of 2-3 years of

previous experience working in a call center, clinic, or other medical

office setting required. 1-3 years previous supervisory experience in a

call center, clinic, or other setting is preferred.EDUCATION

DESCRIPTION: Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related

field is required. In lieu of the educational requirement, an additional

2 years of supervisory experience is required. Bachelor's Degree

preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Expert communication skills, oral

and written required. Proven ability to multi-task. Proven ability to

mentor other co-workers on job tasks and workflows. Strong proactive

organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to

remain calm and respectful under pressure. Excellent negotiation and

problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic. Prior experience utilizing
