Join the University Housing Facilities Team as a Plumber! Under the general supervision of the Housing Trades Supervisor, the Plumber position duties include but are not limited to: maintenance, repair, installation and alteration of water lines, sewers, water heaters, softeners, boilers, and kitchen and bathroom fixtures in Dining and Residence Halls on the UW-Madison campus.

Work with a team of professionals focused on excellent customer service with no sales component. Base hours will have a flexible start time: primary schedule is Monday - Friday with hours between 7:00am and 5:30pm with a rotating weekend schedule.

This has been identified as a Crafts Worker position. Crafts Workers may elect an increased vacation allocation with a corresponding reduction to the prevailing rate.

Vacation elections with corresponding prevailing rates:

100 hours = $47.16 hourly

140 hours = $46.42 hourly

180 hours = $45.69 hourly
