We are looking for a part time or possibly full time, cook/line cook for our restaurant, B&B Hitching Post.

We are open from Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and from 7am-2pm on weekends. We are hoping to be able to open back up on Saturday nights, as we started closing earlier in the day, due to short staff.

Morning and weekend shifts are most desired. (6am-2pm)

Minimum starting wage $15/hr + more depending on experience

Qualifications:

-Has a genuine desire to serve the customer

-Experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook

-Experience with various cooking methods and procedures

-Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

-Ability to take direction from executive chef

-Stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

-Prepping Food

-Sets up and stocks food

-Cleaning up kitchen

-Using deep fryer, flat grill, char-broiler

-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
