This position will be a full-time Internship role and remote. The internship program runs from June 2nd 2025 - August 1st 2025.What You'll Do
Participate in review of periodic engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Work as part of a team to identify and implement continuous improvement activities for our engagements
Reviews incidents as reported by the business and analyze for possible trends
Learn and experience what CAI does to deliver our services
Assist in SOW and proposal development
Learn people management
Create documentation as part of the support process
What You'll NeedRequired
Currently enrolled in a college degree program in a Business, Information Technology or Information Systems related major
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a team
Must be analytical, detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
