Business Analyst

QualificationsMinimally qualified applicants will have experience: • Maintaining software and/or vendor managed software, performing activities such as maintenance, developing reports, testing, upgrades, and configurations. • Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.• Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations. In addition to the above, well qualified applicants will have experience:· Experience in Agile environment and System development.· Test script maintenance and Test automation.· Working in government or correctional environment.· Experience with SQL.· BA experience with ability to understand and document the Business requirements.· Experience with change management systems and/or processes.· Good business process mapping and process capture though Visio flow diagrams.· Ability to identify integration points.· Knowledge of reporting and dashboards maintenance.· Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration.· Ability to work with cross functional teams.· Ability to work with business teams and good communication and presentation skills.· Experience in User Acceptability Testing and ability to run regression tests on systems and identify, design and optimize the new and existing test cases.· JIRA experience.· Follow Good Documentation Practice
