1099 Independent Contractors Field Analyst (Crawford, Grant, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon)

We are seeking Independent Contractors to join our team in the follow areas:

Our Independent Contractors will complete on-site surveys for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential and Commercial properties.

Requirements:

Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)

Professional conduct

Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone.

Current Vehicle Insurance

Drivers License

Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report

Equipment:

Reliable vehicle

Windows based computer

6-foot monopod or camera pole

Measuring device (Measuring Wheel)

High Speed Internet

Smart phone(Use our Photo app)

Working as an Independent Contractors offers:

Flexible schedule which allows you to dictate your own routes and hours

Large volumes of field inspections

Experienced field management support

User-Friendly Platform to work with

Fee Based/Per-inspection pay

Coverage Areas:

Crawford, Grant, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon

Travel cases available.

Pay:

Independent Contractors & Fee-Based Employee: $8.00 - $90.00 per case.

We pay every 2 weeks & Offer additional Pay for travel cases as needed.

Hours:

Flexible – Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. - Dusk.

Part-time, Full-time & Weekend position available.
