JOB DUTIES INCLUDEENGAGE PAW’S COLLABORATIVE PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT OPERATIONAL GUIDELINESAttend individual Collaborative Meetings with members of the Collaborative Team.Track progress through Core Training, and track issues and accomplishments as they ariseProvide feedback on guidelines, processes and policies with intent to improve efficiency and effectiveness Attend departmental or All-Staff meetingsPERFORM PROCESS RELATED DUTIES.Direct and concise communications with caregiversRecognize and respond accordingly to emotionally charged interactions with caregivers and/or staffUtilize practice management software for the creation of estimates, invoices, prescriptions, and certificatesSERVICE-MINDED ACTIONSSafe handling, movement, restraint and relocation of patientsMaintenance of all biosecurity, cleanliness, and isolation protocolsProficient sample acquisition, phlebotomy, laboratory & surgical practicesRead, interpret and assist with the implementation of written medical treatmentsPRACTICE PATIENT RELATED DUTIESTriage and assist incoming patient based on urgency of care and available resources Assist and perform in the vaccination of animals Assist in surgical procedures and/or dental prophylaxis Monitor and recover all assigned sedation and anesthetic events Assist and perform first aid and euthanasia
