As a Quality Control Manager supporting our Federal Business Unit, your key responsibilities will be to oversee the implementation of the company quality assurance and quality control programs and serve as the functional leader of all quality control personnel. This job can be located anywhere in the United States. The anticipated salary range is $108,000 – $140,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. What it takes?

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in industry, with at least 5 years of US Department of Defense (DOD) quality control management experience (as a contractor)

USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors training certification (preferred)

American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification as Quality Auditor or Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (preferred)

Travel throughout the Midwest, up to 50% of the time
