What You Will Do:The Inventory Attendant will participate in all warehouse activities and receive and process stock according to standard operating procedures.

Order Tracker 40% - Shop flow coordinator for shop orders and tracking of daily/weekly/monthly shipments from release to shipping.

Inventory Stocker 40% - Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or worksite by performing the following duties.

Cycle Counter 20% - Cycle counter will perform daily cycle counts, managing inventory by counting and comparing the inventory to system data and

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares daily report of job orders on the factory floor by sector.

Identifies issues with Job work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain delays or part shortages per job.

Maintains reporting and record keeping as directed by Materials Team.

Reports discrepancies with materials and Data Warehouse and Plex

Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.

Research inventories by cycle counting with materials team members.

Opens containers and verify counts. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.

Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.

Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.

Loads truck for Industrial Truck Operator.

Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

Communicate closely with production, customer service, and other teams to ensure timely shipments of orders.

Assist with inventory counts and planning.

What You Bring:

High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.

Require MS Proficiency, Excel level 5, ability to learn Data Warehouse/Plex MRP systems.

At least two years of previous warehouse lead experience

Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.

Solution focused and process improvement driven.

Proven ability to develop relationships with internal partners.

Bonus points if you bring experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement

Physical Demands:

·Regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.

Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
