Come join our team!Zantech is looking for a talented Junior Security Analyst to support ongoing requirements of the client's Data Floor, Facilities, and Asset Management IT Support Contract in Kearneysville, West Virginia. Specifically, the Jr. Security Analyst will provide security program administration in support of Zantech's physical security support requirements.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Assist Command Security Office with documentation processing Maintain access roster for all controlled spaces at Assist with badge creation (picture taking, badge printing etc) Program user access credentials for authorized space access with access control system Assist Command Security Staff with verifying security clearances of client visitors Process arriving and departing employees to ensure all policies and procedures are satisfied Assist with processing Government and Military personnel's security clearances Update/create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required Maintain key control to all offices, cubes and storage containers at the client location Provide visitor escort within classified/controlled spaces Other duties as assignedOther essential skills and abilities required:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to maintain flexible work hours (work hours are consistent but occasional ad hoc requirements may necessitate flexible hours).

Work within a matrix organization to support priority initiatives, even those outside primary area of responsibility.

Through knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Visio, etc.).

Work as part of an integrated team.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Must be very detail oriented

Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously

Experience working in a customer service based work environment

Strong organizational skills

Experience working in a classified environment desired but not required

Experience working with a complex and detailed filing system

Strong documentation skills desired

Describe number of years and type of experience required to perform the job; essential knowledge/skills/abilities:

An active Secret security clearance at a minimum

May be required to complete a suitability/background investigation with the DHS Office of Security, Personnel Security Division

BA/BS degree and 2 years of experience OR 3-5 years related experience.

A sense of mission and the independent maturity to accomplish given tasks
