Working in partnership and always looking for ways to improve, we are building a better future for our patients, practices and people.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a commercially-led, people-focused Area Manager to lead our South West area of circa 25 dental practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering sustainable business growth and ensuring the highest standards of patient care across the area.Our Area Managers are accountable for the area's financial performance, maximising revenue and EBITDA through strong operational execution, effective leadership of Practice Managers and their teams, and rigorous cost control.
