We urgently seek experienced Property Preservation Vendors, and General Contractors all over West Virginia, especially in Putnam County, Kanawha County, Lincoln County, Boone County, Logan County, Raleigh County, Pleasants County, Wood County, Jackson County, Mason County, and surrounding areas.

Jobs include:

- Trash Out

- Lock Change

- General Property Preservation Tasks

- Drywall

- Winterization

- Roof & Gutters

- Fence Repair

- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services

- Lawn-care

- Minor Plumbing and Repair

Requirements:

- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App

- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.

- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.

Payment:

-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that our clients require

Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
