CO-Energy is looking for a qualified individual to provide outstanding customer support at our Yakima, WA branch.

The standard work schedule is Mon - Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and guests providing excellent, friendly customer service.

Answer, screen and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedules appointments.

Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.

Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond knowledge, forwards appropriate staff.

Be the first line of contact to address customers’ questions, requests, problems and concerns.

Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, customer account issues or comments.

Perform basic financial transactions and record keeping such as taking customer payments and preparing bank deposits.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.

Performs basic filing and record keeping.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Ability to operate basic office machines and technology such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, credit card machines, etc.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One (1) or more years of customer service and/or front office clerical experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
