Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Time Cleaner to join our team in Ellensburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial properties after business hours. This role requires a clean background, as well as strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other high-traffic areas.

Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Secure premises by locking doors and setting alarms after cleaning.

Have your own vehicle to drive to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations - you're paid for your drive time.

Requirements:

Must pass a background check.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Good communication skills for reporting and interacting with team members and clients.

Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 25lbs.

Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
