Job Overview:

As our Office Manager, your role is essential to our daily work flow including the planning, coordination, and execution of our daily projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in management, offering exposure to various aspects of management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support to our team of Electricians: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, permits, and daily reports.

- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between our team subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure that all parties are informed of project progress and any potential issues.

- Quality Control: Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure permits have been inspected, track the progress and job status of all projects.

- Payroll: Run biweekly payroll through QuickBooks Online.

- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: Ensure invoices are sent out and received in a timely manner, as well as paying monthly statements, vendors and subcontractors.

Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or delays in the project and assist in developing solutions to keep the project on track.

- Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend monthly safety meetings

Qualifications:

- Education: High School Diploma.

Experience: 1-2 years of office administration experience is preferred

- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Exel, Microsoft and basic computer literacy).

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a full time position

Monday-Friday

7:00am-4pm

Compensation is $18-$22/hr based on experience
