Cabinet Finisher Apprentice

! WORK 4-10's !

Schedule: 5am - 4pm, Mon - Thurs. with some Flexibility

Equipment:

-Air Assist Spray Equipment

-Gravity and Pressure Pot

General Requirements:

Prefer experience in Painting/Finish applications, but will train.

-Lift large pieces of material and cabinets / 20 – 60 lbs.

-Read and Understand Cabinet Drawings and processes.

-Read and Understand Tape Measure, Sanding Calibrations.

-Identify types of wood used, learn properties of each.

-Understand use of equipment and its application to the job.

-Understand product application processes (ie; paint, stain, clearcoat, etc)

-Keep product inventory in adequate supply from job to job.

-Maintain Finish Room in neat and orderly fashion, including Filters.

-Maintain Finish and Mixing Equipment, keep clean and functional.

-Learn properties of stain mixing and tinting.

-Contribute to the team; meeting quality and delivery goals.

-Work Safely, Work Smart, and Be Aware.

-Come to work as expected: on time, focused, and ready.

-Keep projects organized, aware of work, and maintain a schedule without supervision.
