Midvalley Automotive, voted Wenatchee's Best Auto Repair Shop in 2021 and 2022, is an established automotive repair shop that has been in business since 2008. We are looking for an experienced ASE master automotive technician who is capable of addressing customer concerns, performing thorough safety and maintenance inspections, performing accurate diagnosis of vehicles, with high quality repairs and service.
Our company works on American and Asian makes and models. No European and very little diesel work.

Starting wage for a Master Tech is $45 an hour. $93,600 - $140,400 + Depends on how many hours you are able to bill out per week

What we are looking for:
Proven experience as an ASE Master automotive technician with at least 5 years' experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
ASE Master Certification
Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Highly Dependable, Punctual, & Accountable
Must have own tools and want to invest in your tools.
Strong work ethic and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Meet or exceed hourly goals. Capable of 50+ hours per week
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
This is not an entry level position.
