Part Time Tasting Room Associate

Seeking a tasting room associate for Obelisco Winery in Leavenworth.

Has at least one year experience working in a tasting room and experience working events

Is goal-driven and has great attention to detail

Demonstrates leadership abilities and enthusiasm for hospitality

Communicates effectively and professionally, and prioritizes efficiently

Enjoys teamwork and accomplishing goals

Requirements:

Available to work weekends and evenings

Able to stand for long periods during an 8-hour shift

Can lift and carry 40 pounds repeatedly

MAST card and Food Handler’s Permit (OK to obtain post-employment)

Hosting guests, preparing wine flights and food, maintaining a clean and inviting space, working events, adhering to all federal and state requirements, while following company policies

Communicating effectively and professionally with coworkers, owners, customers and members

Driving sales and customer/club conversion

Sharing the company story with guests

Shifts vary between 8-20 hours per week. Tips are pooled and shared.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
