Federal Real Property Finance Supervisor

The Federal Real Property Finance Supervisor provides strategic financial management, accounting oversight, and compliance support for federal real property, capital assets, infrastructure investments, and appropriated funding programs. This role ensures financial accountability, audit readiness, and compliance with federal financial management requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesManage property accounting and asset accountability activities.Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness initiatives.Provide expertise in Federal Real Property accounting and financial management practices.Support Procurement, Construction, and Improvement (PC&I) and Coastal and Shore Operations (CSO) funding programs.Monitor capital asset costs, depreciation, capitalization, and project expenditures.Support appropriations law compliance and federal financial policy requirements.Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budget support.Support implementation and utilization of financial management systems such as FSMS and ERP platforms.
