Internal Communications Strategist- Lead Associate

By engaging with compelling internal content, employees will connect with our mission and business strategy while also finding value in a long-term career at Fannie Mae.The Internal Communications Strategist- Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own as you deliver on the following responsibilities:Develop, deliver, and advise business division partners on internal strategic communications for the enterprise or for select business division audiences.Partner with Marketing, External Communications, and Executive Communications colleagues on integrated communications.Develop and manage strong working relationships with stakeholders across diverse portfolios.Use communications best practices, implementing storytelling and data-driven insights to inform and improve communications strategies in support business outcomes.Lead as an individual contributor to drive inclusion, constructive challenge, continuous improvement, and alignment throughout the Communications and Public Affairs team and across partnerships.Serve as a mentor to early-career team members across the organization.
