What You Get To Do:We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities, and behavioral or medical complexities in our supported living programs!As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and/or assistance with personal cares.
