Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supplier Management Senior Manager (Level M ) to join our Supplier Management team in Tukwila WA or Everett, WA.This position is responsible for leading supplier management team responsible for BGS Major Suppliers supporting BGS-C Spares programs, to include Supplier Performance and Recoveries, Supplier Contracting and Cost Reduction, and Customer Support objectives. Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Program, BGS Supply Chain Execution, BGS Supply Chain Planning, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain organization.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position ResponsibilitiesDuties will include (but are not limited to):

Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.

Manages employees and mid level managers from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity.

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.

Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Provides oversight regarding negotiation strategies, processes and related tools. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

Travel will be required

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

10 + years of experience in Contracts & Pricing and/or Supplier Management Procurement.

5+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment.

5+ years Contract drafting and negotiation

Experience evaluating and mitigating risk

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Experience working with suppliers and managing a supply base in a dynamic environment
