On-Site Apartment Maintenance tech needed

We're seeking a live-on-site apartment maintenance tech or team. Must live on-site. Compensation includes free rent, utilities, and salary. This position is ideal to supplement retirement income or part time job off-site. Duties include landscaping, minor repairs and upgrades, minor plumbing and painting. Your schedule would be very flexible as long as you are available to residents and management by phone.
