Live in Caregiver - "Alice"

Unique "LIVE IN situation available. My elderly father has mild/moderate dementia. We need more of an "Alice" (like from the Brady Bunch) then a caregiver. Looking for that "right fit" for someone that would be a win-win situation for both parties. Ideal candidate would have patience which is needed for people with dementia, could keep a reasonably clean and orderly house, shopping, meals, periodic doctor appointments, keeping my dad company, along with some periodic caregiving type stuff (all pretty easy). My dad can be left alone for a few hours a day. A portion of the compensation is in lieu of free room and board, utilities covered, food covered, use of car, along with some pay. Great opportunity for that retired person on a limited or fixed income. We are looking for a "good quality" person that is honest and has integrity. No drugs, some alcohol ok, need to pass background check, references checked. We are good people looking for a good person to help take care of my dad so he can continue to live at home.
