Skilled carpenter

I am looking for a well experienced carpenter/ jack of all trades. I am a custom home builder and need a guy I can count on to take care of items not generally done by sub-contractors. I also do some phases in house when it makes sense. Applicants should be well rounded in general carpentry, reliable with their own vehicle, and have basic tools. I am not a cheapskate trying to work someone to death for crap wages. I will pay a great wage for the right guy.
