Property Maintenance Man + More Trabajar

Self motivated individual needed for general property maintenance and light construction for private party property owner.

Duties will include a variety of tasks including:

Assessing and.creating regular maintenance schedule for properties

Mowing/landscaping/yard cleanup

Cleaning roofs and gutters

Cleaning windows

Light plumbing & electrical

Troubleshooting and handyman work

Equipment maintenance & repair

Painting

Pressure Washing

Sourcing and gathering supplies

Coordinating other vendors as needed

You will work closely with the owner but also must have the ability to take direction, troubleshoot, and see projects through to completion independently.

Must have basic construction knowledge at a minimum, your own transportation, your own tools, clean driving record, no drugs/alcohol.

Hours flexible.
