Tow Truck Operator (Day & Swing)

Lakewood Towing & Transport is seeking dedicated tow truck operators to join our team! We are a growing company who works a 40hr work week Monday-Friday as well as alternating on call-shifts. We are also hiring for a swing shift driver Monday-Friday that would work a 4pm-12am schedule with potential for commission.

Responsibilities:

-Safely operate rollbacks, wreckers, as well as a 10,000lb forklift

-Load & unload vehicles/equipment efficiently

-Properly navigate towbook app

-Must be attentive to phone when on-call

-Report any issues or incidents to dispatch (communication is key)

-Inspect truck before & after trip

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields is preferred, willing to train hardworking candidates

-Commercial drivers license preferred but not needed

-Ability to handle physical workload as well as on-call shifts

-Strong work ethic

Requirements:

-Must Live in the Lakewood/Tacoma area

-Must be 23+ years of age

-Must be able to Pass a Background check

-Must be able to Pass Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Screen

-Must Have a Current Washington State Driver License
