Apartment Maintenance Technicians

We are seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians for our clients in Everett, WA. In this position you will assist in the overall completion of apartment unit turnover, repairs, renovations, work orders, and projects within the property. The position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by Community Manager and Maintenance Mgr.

These are Temporary Assignments and Temp to Perm

Rate of Pay: $28-$30 DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Valid driver’s license, and background check required

Qualifications:

2 years previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields, including plumbing, light electrical and appliance installation, trouble shoot, & repair.

Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment.

Ability to handle physical workload, multi-task & prioritize.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Duties:

Complete full apartment unit turns and daily work orders tasks in a timely fashion.

Troubleshoot and repair: plumbing, light electrical and appliances.

Perform routine preventive maintenance.

Maintain material and supply inventory.

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary or other FM Technicians.

Grounds maintenance.

Other duties as assigned.
