Reputable Luxury Home framing company with 45 years in the Seattle, Eastside area is looking to expand its current labor force with opportunities for qualified reliable framers. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in custom home framing

Reliable transportation

Valid Washington state driver's license

Personal tools consisting of nail bags and hand tools, Skilsaw, nail

gun, cord and hose.

Ability to read and understand layout including basic knowledge

of angles, arches and radius calculations. (Construction Master)

Able to perform all aspects of framing assemblies and installations

with supervision IE. wall assemblies, floor assemblies, roof systems

installation of wood to steel components, holdowns and structural

hardware.

Complete understanding of OSHA rules and regulations and ability

to follow them.
