High Rise Window Washer/ Rope Access Foreman $35 - $40/Hr + Bonuses

We are a fast-growing New Construction Company that has been in business for over 20 years. We specialize in new construction and maintenance window cleaning, pressure washing, dryer duct cleaning and high access rope services.

We are seeking for a Foreman with high rise window washing experience who is a motivated and responsible individual; We offer compensation that reflects work experience, character, and the drive to excel.

Your role:

Leading project operations ensuring you and your team work safely and efficiently

Problem solving issues on the spot, communicating between company field manger and client project manager

Window washing, pressure washing, dryer duct cleaning and high access rope services

Oversee rope access technicians to ensure you and your team work safely and effectively

Leading team safety meetings

Completing projects to our high standards of quality, without damage

Managing job site specific equipment, assembling, and inspecting tools and equipment required at your work sites

Verifying the work hours of the technicians in your team

Our company has work available year round, (including winter season)

Job Requirements:

Must have minimum 2-3 years of bosun chair/ high rope access experience

Must have knowledge and experience in how to tie-off and rig safely

Experience cleaning windows via ladder, pole, scaffolding and ground level work

(Foreman/Lead experience an asset)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Operating a boom lift

Carry 40-60 lbs of gear

Reliable Vehicle

A working cell phone

Valid Drivers License

Flexible to work after hours and some weekends

Have a professional and respectful interaction with clients on a daily basis

Reliable, honest and hardworking

Possess good verbal and written communication in English (doesn't need to be perfect)
