LMT / Massage Therapist - $3,000 Hiring Bonus

Blissful Knead has immediate openings for Full and Part Time LMTs for our premium massage spa in the heart of Seattle, WA and Burien, WA. $3,000 signing bonus for full time new hires. $50 per massage hour + Tips ($45 per massage hour + Tips in Burien), and health insurance is available for full time employees (30+ clock hours per week).

We are looking for experienced, high quality massage practitioners who want to grow with our business. Exceptional newly licensed practitioners are also welcome to apply.

As a practitioner, you will report to the Director of Operations and be required to:

- Provide a positive, premium experience for all clients

- Ensure client comfort and safety at all times

- Perform custom massage treatments, including deep tissue work

- Build client relationships to retain and expand business by providing excellent service

- Participate in spa activities, including staff meetings, promotions, and trainings

- Comply will all Federal and Washington State laws and guidelines related to professional licensing

- Maintain spa facilities and equipment

- Be a reliable and punctual member of the team

- Maintain liability insurance

- Have a good professional positive attitude.

- Good personal hygiene and professionalism
