ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

At RAP Real Estate, our Acquisitions team is the engine that drives our business forward. As a Sales Closer, you’ll be on the front lines uncovering opportunities, negotiating with property owners, and shaping the deals that power our growth.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll use data, strategy, and daily coaching to make consistent offers and build a strong pipeline. Individuals with experience in sales, negotiations, phone-heavy roles, or investment-related fields (fix-and-flip, wholesaling, property management) tend to excel here — and the income potential reflects that. Top performers earn well into six figures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads

Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources

Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.)

Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers

Collaborate with Sales Agents to ensure a fast, efficient transaction for investors

Collaborate daily with mentors and top closers

Grow your skillset — sales, finance, leadership

WHO THRIVES HERE

2+ years of experience in deal-driven environments such as residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, property management, or other transactional sales roles

OR a strong interest in investment-focused opportunities paired with a proven track record in commission-based or high-ticket sales

Competitive, coachable, and strategic in how you approach conversations and negotiations

Confident communicator who can quickly build trust and guide sellers through decisions

Comfortable operating at a fast pace and making data-backed decisions in a high-activity environment

Highly accountable, self-directed, and driven to consistently improve performance
