We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you will have the freedom to grow your business, develop client relationships, and manage your own schedule—all while benefiting from a supportive, locally-focused brokerage.

Responsibilities:
Originate, process, and close mortgage loans for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
Provide expert advice on loan products, rates, and terms to meet clients’ financial goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends.
Manage your own pipeline and ensure timely loan processing and closings.
Continuously seek new business opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Qualifications:
Active NMLS license and experience as a licensed loan originator (can accommodate a work study to earn the MLO license)
Proven track record of generating business and closing loans (previous sales experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
