Team Paragon is seeking a self-starting, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join us. In your role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales management skills to analyze market trends and effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and technical sales experience. If you're light on experience but have a great attitude and the aptitude, we can train you!

We are a wire and cable harness assembly shop serving a variety of customers from industrial to aerospace. Don't panic if you don't have the technical skills coming on board. We have a great engineering team to back you up on the technical details of what you'll be selling. We're looking for someone with amazing people skills who is fearless in getting in front of new/potential customers.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Set up meetings in order to showcase the benefits and features of our manufacturing control system.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the

process.

Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling products.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates on pipeline status.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $74,408.00 - $85,526.00 per year
