HVAC Account Manager - Sales

Evergreen Refrigeration is an HVAC company that has been doing business in the Puget Sound area since 1975. Over the last 45 years we have grown into a leader in the design build HVAC commercial and light industrial market in the Pacific Northwest construction industry. We are looking for someone who has 5+ years sales experience in the construction industry.

Role And Responsibilities

The Account Manager will generate sales to existing and new customers. The customers are primarily General Contractors. The Account Manager has at their disposal the engineering group for design and proposal writing.

Accurately estimate and price projects

Effectively manage the projects sold

Work with the engineering department to develop scope

Work with the install department to ensure project is installed per customer desire

Provide single point communication for customers

Qualifications:

Contract negotiation with general contractors and key personnel

Familiarity with estimating, project management, engineering functions and practices

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to positively influence and persuade others

Education:

Four-year University degree or life experience in construction / sales related fields that could be applied.

Compensation and benefits:

Uncapped commission structure - Average salesperson makes around $150k per year, others make over $250k
