Local Farm Food Delivery Driver

We are looking for multiple dependable drivers with clean records to regularly drive Mon, Tues or Weds routes. Also need substitute drivers available short notice occasionally for Mon-Thurs.

CDL not required. EXPERIENCE PULLING AT LEAST A SMALL TRAILER IS A MUST. Qualified drivers use our 3/4 ton pickup truck pulling 12ft enclosed refrigerated trailer.

Pay is hourly, with increase every 6 months

Responsibilities:

Arrive to Renton location at the start time for route, around 5am. Follow route itinerary. Using company pickup truck and refrigerated 12 ft. enclosed trailer, pick up farm products from local producers/farmers and deliver to community drop locations and stores around western WA. Attention to detail and timeframe with clear and prompt communication is vital. Input driver's log for each route.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Washington State Driver's License

2. Clean driving record

3. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

4. Comfortably lift 40+ pounds repeatedly (a full milk crate has 4 gallons)

5. Available early in the mornings for a full day of work

6. EXPERIENCE pulling a trailer

7. COMMUNICATE with respect and responsiveness

8. EFFICIENT teamwork mindset with positive attitude

9. DETAIL ORIENTED to complete tasks accurately within set timeframe

10. INTEGRITY builds a culture of honor and respect
