Position: Part-Time Bicycle Mechanic Location: U-District, Seattle Hours: Flexible, part-time hours available

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of bicycles.
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide efficient solutions.
Assemble custom-made bicycles according to specifications.
Assist customers and provide expert advice on products and services.
Various tasks including shipping/receiving, cleaning, etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic preferred.
Applicants must be willing to embrace Rodriguez production methods and systems, ensuring efficiency for the shop and consistent results for our customers.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of various bike components and repair techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
