This is a remote position. You will be working from home, and out showing houses to clients. Weekly accountability meetings will be required using Zoom. The Lead Agent will also attend the initial showing and open house for the first 30 days. You will shadow the Lead Agent on showings and buyer consultations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Shows homes to buyer clients
Return all calls/emails/text in a timely manner
Identify homes, set up listing alert in Brevity based on client’s criteria
Provide housing and community information by setting up a market report in Brevity
Research MLS and preview properties
Preview properties to include taking photos and/or videos for Buyers
Arrange appointments to view and show properties
Provide consistent communication, documentation, and follow up with all prospects/leads
Develop expert knowledge regarding the market, neighborhoods, schools, mortgage financing, and all other aspects of home purchasing
Show properties and help buyers evaluate and compare homes
Educate buyers about process (provide scheme buyer packet)
Write contracts, negotiations, and post offers (to be discussed)
Reach out to leads from Zillow, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Positively represent and actively promote Team at open houses and all events
Hosting open houses and following open house guidelines
Demonstrate personal commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers
Maintain confidentiality in all client matters
Continually assist in developing ideas for improved customer service
Attend Inspections
Expected to be recruiting/prospecting new clients during down time
Expectations/Personal Accountability
Available with a flexible schedule without a lot of notice when required. (Must be available to show on evenings & weekends, as well as during the day.)
Vacations/Days off need to be scheduled with Lead Agent
Accountable for weekly schedule
Dress appropriately, clean, and presentable.
Make sure you are clean, and nails are clean.
Make sure your clothes are not wrinkled.
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Always present a positive behavior while with clients and leave all personal drama at home.
Respect and work closely with other team members and leaders.
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in his/her car.
Car must be clean and professional.
Should never smell like smoke. (Client should not be able to smell smoke, or that you were smoking.)
Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
Attend trainings/meetings to learn and master their skills
Able and willing to travel between Thurston, Pierce, and King counties for showings.
Requirements
