Broker of Record Needed - Expanding Real Estate Brokerage

TSG Premier Realty is currently licensed in California and Georgia and now looking to expand into Washington. We are seeking to partner with a licensed real estate broker in good standing with the state of Washington. The estimated amount of work is about 5 hours per month. TSG will handle all administrative, marketing, regulatory, association and MLS costs etc. The broker of record will be needed to access third party entities.

The proposed terms are as follow:

- TSG to pay a monthly stipend of $250 fixed amount.

- Partner to receive 35% of gross admin fees on closings in the state of Washington. (Our commission model for agents is a 90/10 split with 10% paid to brokerage. That amount will be shared with broker/partner.

TSG operates as a virtual brokerage with one office in CA.
