Multi Family Property Manager

Targa Real Estate is local, family-owned business that is constantly growing, and we are looking for team members who are ready to grow with us.

We are currently looking to fill a property manager position at two buildings located near Stadium High School. As the property manager your job duties will include the following.

- Resident communication

- Advertising and leasing units

- Working with the maintenance team on turn schedules

- Contacting vendors

- Entering invoices

- Completing property reports

- All other required administrative work

We are looking for someone who has at least one year of experience in the property management industry. Targa is constantly growing and expanding, so we are hoping to find someone who would like to grow with us.
