Part Time Leasing Agent/Property Manager Needed

Local Property Management company looking for a part time Property Manager to help manage four building in the central area, comprised of 38 units and a warehouse. This position will include assisting in the lease up of a new 25 unit building over the summer. This is a flexible, 10-15 hour per week job. A lot of the work occurs in the evenings/weekends. All of the buildings are low turnover and easy to run.

Job Duties:

- Leasing: market vacant apartment units, respond to leads, show/tour apartments

- Communication: act as first point of contact for residents

- Maintenance: coordinate with vendors and maintenance technicians for access to units. Perform light maintenance.

Requirements:

-Reliable automobile

-Cell Phone/Computer

-Ability to deal with a variety of personalities

Experience/Skills:

-Property Management Experience

-Good basic technology skills: Phone, Text, Email,

-AppFolio software experience a plus

Compensation:

-$35/per occupied door x 38 units: $1,330 per month + $250 leasing commissions
