APARTMENT RESIDENT MANAGER- PART TIME - on site

Live On Site - Rent credit towards 1 bedroom 1 bath Apartment in a 17 unit classic brick building on Capitol Hill,Duties will be collecting and depositing rents, turn over/clean vacant units, post ads on line, prepare leases and related paper work, maintain common area's and exterior grounds, some painting and light repair and maintaince skills preferred. Manager will live onsite, Compensation will be $1200 a month rent credit on a 1 bed 1 bath apartment that rents for $1600 Manager can still work a full time job as this building has very little turn over, so this is just a part time position. Manager will work directly with owner of building. Some requirements- Good credit, good rental history and must pass a back ground check, strong references and some resident property management experience preferred but not required, all applicants will be considered, no dogs, cat ok please email resume and I will get back to you.
