Dispatcher

United Motor Freight is seeking to hire a CFS Dispatcher.

Primary Duties:

- Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers and drivers

- Answer phone calls, texts and emails from customers and drivers

- Manage customer database accurately with information provided and update regularly

- Create and send quotes to customers

- Assist as needed in creating/sending invoices.

Qualifications:

- Proficient computer skills

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude

- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
