Receptionist / Optical Assistant // No Experience Necessary

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

-Our practices are open Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, (Possibility of some Saturdays in December)

-High School Diploma is required.

-College degree or college courses taken is preferred but not required.

This position is ON SITE ONLY, remote work not available.

JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to):

-Answering Phones

-Scheduling Appointments

-Filing and organizing

-Greeting patients

-Medical pretesting

-Inventory Management

-Sales and ordering

-Assisting patients with frame and lens selections

-Light cleaning

WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THIS POSITION.

Retail, Office, Optical and/or Medical Office Experience is Preferred, but not necessary.
