Office Assistant & Data Entry

Desired Experience: 1 year customer service support, strong phone and communication skills in a service environment, a strong understanding of sales processes. Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Main Responsibilities: Answering multiline phone system, inputting data into CRM, scheduling appointments for incoming calls, and assigning to project managers, filing, social media updating, email correspondence with future and current clients.

Skills and Qualities:

Must be fluent in English. Spanish speaking highly desired.

Result-oriented and possess strong verbal and written communications skills while being persuasive and polite in tone and delivery.

Maintain a professional appearance.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, team building and problem-solving skills.

Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage duties and required documentation.

Possess excellent customer service skills.

Must be a hard-working person, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while multitasking.

You must be flexible and able to build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team.

Preserve customer and company confidentiality.

Be able to work independently or in a team environment.

Regularly demonstrate "attention to detail"

Strong computer skills with accurate data entry

Excellent time management skills

Must be able to pass a drug test and have a driver's license.
