Electrical Systems Integration Lead
Washington, Seattle-tacoma, 98101 Seattle-tacoma USASUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Ensure that electrical systems are integrated as designed to meet the required customer contract, comply with all regulations and requirements, meet the quality standards of Mavrik Marine and meet the organizational, operational and financial goals of the company. Exhibit excellent communication, teamwork and quality work. Overseas and participates in the integration of all functions of the vessel electrical systems, including construction, planning and scheduling, and supervision of assigned staff
1. Integration of ship electrical and electrical control systems required per customer and design architect specifications,
and compliance with regulatory body requirements, including but not limited to diesel-electric driven systems,
navigation, communication, HVAC, entertainment, alarm, and other electro-mechanical systems and their interface
components.
2. Integration of electric component arrangements, integration of auxiliary electrical systems and components.
3. Develop detailed electrical systems production schedules that are consistent with the project labor budget and
coordinate scheduling in the Microsoft Project timeline.
4. Provide leadership on each assigned project by facilitating the establishment of goals and objectives that will
contribute to an orderly and efficient execution of staff responsibilities.
5. Assist in the development of all electrical systems equipment purchase order requests for the assigned vessels.
6. Work in conjunction with the Project Manager on internal and USCG inspections (when applicable), staffing
assignments, equipment and facility requirements.
7. Participate in and provide updates in regular project meetings.
8. Documentation and tracking of all electrical systems integration related activities
9. Supervise the day-to-day electrical systems integration of the vessels. Motivate, inspire, and provide the leadership
necessary to provide an excellent and stimulating work environment for the Mavrik Marine staff.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
Aluminum boat fabrication, Marine electronics/outfitting.
USCG, ABYC and other recognized marine standards.
Exhibit management skills, including leadership / supervisory skills, problem analysis and decision making,
planning and organizing, interpersonal sensitivity, management control, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance and
time management.
Ability to work and inspire a strong production team.
Ability to successfully work with staff and customers who have strong personalities and proactively address
anticipated areas of conflict and tension.
