Machinist Operator / setup

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Commercial parts and manufacturing business seeks detail oriented CNC machine operator /set up training in future to be a team member to assist in production.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- One or more years of experience

- High school diploma/ GED

- Able operate, or tend vertical machining centers.

- Able to load programs change tools and fixtures.

- Able to stand on feet all day,

- Able to produce sample work pieces, and observe operations to detect and verify that machine setups conform to specifications.

- Combinate with other workers about machine setups and operational specifications.

- Good communication skills, Positive attitude a must.

- Must be able to multitask.

- Must have good attendance.

- Basic computer skills to load programs

- Must be able to work with others.

- Reliable transportation

- Critical thinking a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Be flexible to work well will others.

To treat others with dignity and respect.

Basic understanding of G code and how to measure a part.

Motivation to succeed

Wages 25.00 to 35.00 an hour DOE
