I need help from a law student or someone with legal training to help me finish a pro se lawsuit against Donald J. Trump and a local co-conspirator for Trump's grossly negligent dissemination of false and misleading information about the Covid crisis that killed a million people and caused serious injuries to millions more, including me. I was chair of ATLA's Tardive Dyskinesia Litigation Group representing people with claims against the pharmaceutical industry. My income stream stopped when the courts closed because of the pandemic. I have extensive experience representing people who were injured by drug company lies. Those successful arguments resulted in the Landmark California Court of Appeals decision in Conte v Wyeth. The principles articulate in Conte fully support a Misrepresentation claim against Trump.
