Handyman needed in West Seattle

BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED

Looking for a handyman who can assist with various punch-list items including assembling, painting, assembling furniture, drilling into walls, etc.

At the moment, we're planning a project which will probably require 2-3 persons working 3-4 full days in early June.

Ideally, after this initial project, this person(s) could be on call to assist with our short term rental properties, on an ongoing basis. A handyman for small jobs is all we need - if you only do big jobs, we aren't a good fit for you (yet).

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards

- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment. Assemble furniture

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role

- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques

- Proficient in using hand and power tools

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Effective communication skills
