Landscape Exterior Maintenance Crew Member

Camden Gardens, Inc. is an established customer service leader and one of the top designers of exterior and interior landscapes, serving high end residential and commercial clients, including Hotels, Shopping Centers, Hospitals and many large office towers, in the greater Seattle, Bellevue and surrounding areas!

The position will report to our Landscape Maintenance Manager and will work with the exterior landscaping lead to maintain landscape designs.

This is a full-time, year-round, position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain commerical landscapes

Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.

Perform quality assurance/quality control of exterior maintenance services provided to all properties.

Must possess a valid WA driver's license with no more than 2 traffic volitions within the last 3 years.

Must be able to work full-time.

Able to lift and work in the field.

Ability to communicate clearly & effectively.

Pesticide license is a plus.

Health benefits & PTO are available after qualifying period.

Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
